Coach in Pooler, GA is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury client experiences and omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with brand standards.
  • Build and sustain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Leverage omni-channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling/short-form video — to capture customer data and convert sales.
  • Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, floor and stockroom organization; adhere to POS procedures, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support inventory cycles and assist teammates across functional areas; participate in brand initiatives and training.
  • Sustain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop); experience using mobile POS and walkie-talkies.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Social media savvy with familiarity or preference for live-stream shopping, video demos and short-form content.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience

Minimum of 1+ year in sales, preferably within luxury retail; demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.
