Coach seeks a Part‑Time Sales Associate in Pooler, Georgia. Deliver elevated luxury retail service and omni‑channel selling for Coach.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and targeted follow‑up to drive repeat business.
  • Drive sales performance via cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live demos) to capture customer data and complete transactions.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
  • Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, basic visual merchandising and asset protection procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom; receive shipments and support inventory cycles.
  • Process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust‑based team environment.
  • Accept feedback, adapt behaviour, and uphold a calm, professional demeanour on the sales floor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad and laptop).
  • Experience using mobile POS, clienteling tools, walkie‑talkie communication and reading price/release sheets.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre within a sales floor and stockroom.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Strong English language proficiency required; additional languages a plus.
  • Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video product demos, and demonstrated clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Experience
