Coach in Pooler, GA seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury client service, drive sales, and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized client experiences in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchase and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPI expectations.
- Operate mobile POS and clienteling tools; capture client data and leverage social/short-form video selling channels to convert and nurture prospects.
- Support daily store operations including cash wrap, processing transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain store standards: visual merchandising, tidy sales floor and stockroom, adherence to POS and asset-protection policies.
- Adapt to peak trading schedules and support colleagues across functional areas to foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives and training, accept feedback, and demonstrate professional composure in a fast-paced retail setting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience using clienteling platforms and walkie‑talkies.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre within the sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or fashion experience is preferred. Demonstrated track record in meeting sales targets, using POS and clienteling systems, and executing omni-channel selling (including social/short-form video) is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail/sales experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
