Coach — Sales Associate (part-time) in Pointe-Claire, Quebec. Deliver luxury omni-channel service and drive sales for Tapestry's Coach brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach service and style standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture client data and convert engagements.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans aligned with team objectives.
- Manage daily retail operations: process transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap procedures and basic inventory processing.
- Support inventory cycles including receiving shipments, replenishment and stockroom organisation.
- Maintain sales floor presentation and assist with visual merchandising to uphold brand standards.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, foster a trust-based environment and participate in brand initiatives and training.
- Uphold asset protection procedures and company retail policies while maintaining a calm, professional demeanour in high-traffic periods.
- Perform physically demanding tasks as required (regularly lift at least 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS platforms (iPad/laptop experience).
- Familiarity with clienteling, data acquisition and social selling techniques; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is an advantage.
- Comfortable using retail communications tools such as walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Capable of performing physical retail tasks including lifting, climbing, bending and stockroom duties.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year of retail sales experience; luxury retail and omni-channel selling experience is preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and applying clienteling techniques is advantageous.
Education
No specific degree required; a combination of relevant education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.

This position is based in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, Canada, within easy reach of Montreal.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 16.75 to CAD 19 per hour.
