Coach Sales Associate position in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Full-time retail role delivering personalized customer experiences and driving sales in luxury fashion environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and store-wide KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain ongoing relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high energy and engagement on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to shifting business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome and act upon feedback; maintain professional composure in fast-paced conditions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS applications)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive market landscape
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days

Luxury retail background, social media proficiency, experience with live-stream shopping, or video demonstration capabilities are preferred but not required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant sales experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
