Coach is hiring a Sales Associate (part-time, temporary) in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Join Tapestry's retail team to deliver personalized luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client experiences in line with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Use Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data, process transactions and promote omni-channel conversions.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfilment (pick-ups, returns, exchanges).
  • Maintain a well-organized, clean sales floor and stockroom; follow POS and asset protection procedures and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, product movement).
  • Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; lift and move merchandise as required (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
  • Experience operating POS systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie-talkie.
  • Strong English proficiency required.
  • Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule and perform physical tasks required by store operations.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or premium-brand sales experience is preferred.

Education

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
