Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store KPIs by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling and upselling.
- Leverage omni-channel selling tools — mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short-form video) — to capture client data and convert sales.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and participate in inventory cycles.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom order, visual merchandising standards and asset-protection procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas, contribute to a collaborative team environment and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; handle physical tasks such as lifting merchandise and stocking.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personalized selling strategies.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer/mobile device use (iPad/laptop).
- Familiarity with clienteling practices, social selling and short-form video or live-stream shopping is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and perform physical tasks (regularly lift ~25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
Minimum of 1+ year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail or clienteling experience and social/video selling exposure are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or customer service training preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
