Coach Sales Associate, Plano, TX - Luxury retail role blending personalized service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations based on customer needs
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans while meeting or exceeding individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up strategically to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business requirements
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom in compliance with retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage optimal performance
- Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Demonstrate receptiveness to feedback, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain composure in high-pressure situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail with demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, and Mobile POS operation
- Ability to read price sheets and release documentation accurately
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
- Physical capacity to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
- Preferred: Background in luxury retail, social media proficiency, experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations, and expertise in clienteling and data acquisition

Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with preference for luxury retail background. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered. The ideal candidate demonstrates familiarity with fashion trends, understands the competitive retail landscape, and possesses hands-on experience with omni-channel retail operations.
