Coach in Plano, TX seeks a part-time Sales Associate at Legacy West to deliver personalised luxury service and omni‑channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, maintaining the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual and store sales plans to meet KPIs.
  • Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organised, and follow asset protection procedures.
  • Source new customers, follow up to close sales and support omni‑channel fulfilment (online pickup/ship).
  • Support teammates across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based store environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviour professionally.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with basic retail technology.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks (climb, bend, kneel) in a retail environment.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Social-media savvy with experience or interest in live-stream shopping or short-form video selling (preferred).

Experience

Minimum of one year in a sales role; luxury retail experience preferred. Demonstrated use of POS and omni‑channel tools, clienteling, and social selling techniques is advantageous.

Education

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
