Coach in Plano, TX seeks a part-time Sales Associate at Legacy West to deliver elevated omni-channel client service and drive retail sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling, upselling and meeting KPIs.
  • Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and close sales.
  • Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and support inventory cycles.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards; keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized and fully stocked.
  • Adopt asset-protection and POS procedures and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behavior while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie-talkie.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience is preferred. A combination of formal education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
