Coach in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Part-time Sales Associate at Ross Park Mall to deliver luxury retail service, clienteling and omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling, and executing personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert opportunities.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments and perform inventory cycles.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organized and stocked, and follow asset protection and POS procedures.
- Adapt selling techniques to multiple customers simultaneously and support teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); familiarity with walkie-talkie communication and reading price/release sheets.
- Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend and kneel as required on the sales floor.

Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
