Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalized luxury service aligned with Coach standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, proactive outreach, and thoughtful follow-up.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data, convert traffic and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment, and basic visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a high-energy sales floor: manage multiple customers, adapt selling techniques to traffic, and uphold asset protection and POS policies.
  • Support inventory cycles and stockroom organization; receive shipments, process inventory, and maintain organized product movement.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, contribute to a trust-based team environment and participate in training and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer/mobile devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); familiarity with clienteling tools and social selling platforms preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
