Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert omni‑channel opportunities.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement between stockroom and sales floor.
- Maintain store standards: keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized and fully stocked while following POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and foster a trust‑based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and perform basic computer tasks using iPad or laptop.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury or premium brand retail experience is strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and using clienteling or digital selling channels is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience accepted.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
