Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver elevated, personalized client experiences through styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations to drive conversion and repeat business.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to capture customer data, process transactions and fulfil omni‑channel orders.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and store KPIs through cross-selling and upselling.
- Support daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order pickups.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom, following POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Source new customers, follow up to close sales and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with teammates, assist across functional areas as needed and participate in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency with mobile POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); able to read price/release sheets.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physically able to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre within the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; experience in luxury retail, clienteling, social commerce or live‑stream selling is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
