Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary ambassador of the Coach brand by delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, tailored recommendations and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live demonstrations) to capture data and convert leads.
- Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with asset protection policies.
- Support inventory cycles (receiving shipments, stocking, product movement) and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Sustain a high‑energy presence on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Participate in brand initiatives, mandatory trainings and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate professional composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); experience with Mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in a retail/storeroom environment.
- Strong English language proficiency.

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail and familiarity with omnichannel selling and clienteling is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
