Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised luxury service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by executing cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and implement personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Operate mobile POS and clienteling tools, leverage social selling and short-form video to capture customer data and convert online and in-store opportunities.
  • Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, receiving shipments, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining presentation standards.
  • Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and adhere to POS, retail policies and asset protection procedures.
  • Maintain an organised, fully stocked sales floor and stockroom; support inventory cycles and product movement.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, foster a trust-based environment, and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
  • Adapt to high-traffic periods and fluctuating business needs while maintaining professional composure and receptiveness to feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS and clienteling workflows.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and perform tasks that require climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
