Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Pearl, Mississippi — deliver elevated luxury retail service and drive omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience in line with Coach service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product knowledge, personalized styling and proactive follow-up to encourage repeat business.
  • Drive sales by executing cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture customer data and convert interactions into purchases.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and contribute to team performance targets.
  • Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock, and support inventory cycles.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized, clean and properly stocked.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
  • Adhere to retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection practices while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Perform physical tasks required by the role, including regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs; bending, kneeling and safe maneuvering of stockroom and sales floor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
  • Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop); familiarity with mobile POS and walkie‑talkie use.
  • Strong English proficiency required.
  • Social media savvy with experience in social selling, short-form video or live-stream demonstrations preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to perform required physical tasks related to stocking and inventory handling.

Experience

At least one year of customer-facing sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience is strongly preferred. A combination of formal education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and retail experience considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
