Coach Sales Associate position in Park City, Utah. Luxury retail role featuring personalized client service, omni-channel selling, and competitive compensation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video content to capture client data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
- Maintain high energy and presence on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining elevated service standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required to support store operations
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Receive feedback professionally, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain composure in demanding situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of retail sales experience; luxury retail background preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile POS platforms
- Basic computer proficiency including iPad/laptop operation
- Strong English language proficiency
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
- Ability to work flexibly to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of retail sales experience, with luxury retail preferred. Candidates with a combination of relevant education and hands-on sales experience will be considered.
