Coach in Park City, UT seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury service, drive omni-channel sales, and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive clienteling to drive repeat business.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social/short-form video to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Achieve individual and store KPIs via cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Execute daily store operations including transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickup), cash wrap duties and inventory processing.
- Support merchandising and visual standards: replenish stock, receive shipments, maintain sales floor and stockroom organization.
- Adhere to retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection requirements while maintaining a high-energy sales floor presence.
- Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; provide and receive feedback professionally to support team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans; strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computing devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie-talkies.
- Social-media savvy with experience or aptitude for live-stream shopping, short-form video and video demonstrations (preferred).
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods; ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience preferred. Demonstrated history of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Education
No formal degree required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred. A combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
