Coach Sales Associate in Paris – luxury retail, client engagement, and omni-channel sales. €23k–€31k full-time position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining high energy and adapting selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap processing, inventory management, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required to support store operations
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Maintain professional demeanor, welcome constructive feedback, and demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic retail environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive retail landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), and walkie-talkie operation
  • Ability to read and interpret pricing and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
  • Clienteling and customer data acquisition skills (preferred)
