Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Drive revenue through proactive selling: cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations to meet personal and store KPIs.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and maintain client relationships using clienteling tools and data capture techniques to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Operate Mobile POS and process transactions efficiently for purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups.
  • Leverage social selling and short-form video/live-stream shopping to acquire new clients and promote product stories.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute replenishment, inventory processing and stockroom organization during inventory cycles.
  • Perform daily operational tasks at the cash wrap, follow POS and asset protection procedures, and support loss-prevention policies.
  • Manage multiple customers on the floor with high energy, adapt selling techniques to business needs, and assist teammates across functional areas.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate professional composure.
  • Perform routine physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally to 50 lbs), climbing, bending and maneuvering in sales and stock areas.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Physically able to perform retail tasks (regularly lift ~25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
  • Preferred: social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and digital data acquisition.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail and omni-channel selling is preferred, with demonstrated competency using mobile POS and clienteling platforms.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
