Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver personalized styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and repeat business.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert interactions.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and prospect new customers; follow up to close sales.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor with high energy while adapting selling techniques to business needs.
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
- Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and adhere to POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement between front and back of house.
- Contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficient with POS operation and basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop and mobile POS).
- Experience using clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video for product demos or live shopping (preferred).
- Ability to meet a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capable of climbing, bending, kneeling and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, live-stream shopping or social commerce is preferred.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
