Coach Sales Associate
Coach in Palo Alto, CA seeks a Part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service, drive omni-channel sales and execute clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with brand style and service standards.
- Drive individual and store sales by building lasting client relationships, executing personal sales plans, and achieving or exceeding KPIs through cross-selling and upselling.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data, promote repeat purchases and support omni-channel purchase flow.
- Manage daily store operations including cash wrap, processing transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, follow POS and asset-protection procedures, and support inventory cycles and stock accuracy.
- Source and follow up with new customers, adapt selling techniques to multiple customers and high-traffic periods, and contribute to team performance.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt professional behavior to maintain a calm, service-oriented demeanor.
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required and foster a collaborative, trust-based store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad, laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS and walkie-talkie use.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience is preferred. Experience with social media selling, live-stream shopping or video demonstration formats and clienteling/data acquisition is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
