Coach seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Palma de Mallorca, Spain to deliver luxury retail service, drive omni-channel sales, and build client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build long-term client relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Drive individual and store sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet KPIs and personal sales plans.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert traffic into repeat purchases.
  • Source new customers, conduct follow-ups and close transactions across channels (in-store purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
  • Maintain high floor energy and manage multiple customers while adapting selling techniques to business demand.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock merchandise, and manage product movement between sales floor and stockroom.
  • Adhere to retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection protocols; keep sales floor and stockroom organised and presentable.
  • Collaborate with and assist teammates across functional areas; contribute to a trust-based, high-performance team culture.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and demonstrate professional composure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop) — mobile POS experience required.
  • Ability to operate store communications equipment such as walkie-talkies and to read price/release sheets.
  • Strong proficiency in English.
  • Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition (preferred).
  • A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; candidates with prior luxury retail background and demonstrable clienteling or social-selling experience will be prioritised.
