Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with brand standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and traditional POS to process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups accurately and efficiently.
- Use clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video to capture client data, source new customers and encourage repeat business.
- Support daily store operations including inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and cash-wrap duties.
- Maintain a high-energy, organized sales floor and stockroom; adhere to asset protection, POS and retail policies.
- Collaborate with teammates, participate in brand initiatives and training, and contribute to a trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS (iPad/laptop); comfortable with basic retail technology and walkie-talkie use.
- Strong English proficiency required for the role (per EU specification).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Social-media savvy with experience in social selling, live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition preferred.
- Customer-focused, adaptable under pressure, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium retail; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and executing clienteling strategies.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered. Vocational training in retail or customer service is advantageous.
