Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Process transactions efficiently across purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
  • Support inventory cycles including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates in functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred
  • Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency including iPad, laptop, and Mobile POS
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible retail environment including nights, weekends, and peak seasons
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Social media savvy and familiarity with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, and clienteling tools
  • Experience with data acquisition and customer relationship management
