Coach Sales Associate in Mallorca Outlet, Spain. Luxury retail role offering €19,500–€24,000 annually, part-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked; follow retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop), mobile POS operation, and ability to read price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a retail environment, with luxury retail or fashion retail background preferred. Demonstrated experience with customer engagement, relationship building, and achievement of sales targets. Experience with omni-channel selling and digital tools such as mobile POS, clienteling platforms, or social selling channels is strongly valued.
Education
No specific educational qualification required. A combination of relevant education and professional retail experience will be considered.

This position is based in Palma, Balearic Islands, Spain.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 19,500 to EUR 24,000 per annum.
