Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client experiences in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through product expertise, styling advice and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Leverage omni-channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling systems and social selling (including short-form video) — to capture client data and convert opportunities.
- Operate transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, BOPIS/online pickups) and support inventory cycles: receiving, replenishment and stockroom management.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and loss-prevention procedures followed.
- Adapt selling techniques across busy service periods, manage multiple customers on the floor, and support teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives and training, welcome feedback, and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Practical experience with POS operation and mobile POS workflows; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie-talkie communication.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations and clienteling/data-acquisition techniques is preferred.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium retail; experience with mobile POS and digital clienteling preferred.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
