Coach Sales Associate (Part-time) — Oxon Hill, MD. Deliver elevated luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling and clienteling for Coach (Tapestry).
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador for Coach, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience in line with Coach standards of style and service.
- Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data, transact sales and promote omnichannel conversion.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) while adhering to POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, receiving shipments and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a well-organized, stocked and presentable sales floor and stockroom; support inventory cycles and product movement.
- Support teammates across functional areas, participate in training and brand initiatives, and foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
- Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans; comfortable working to KPIs.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop); experience using mobile POS and clienteling platforms preferred.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and social selling is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales experience; experience in luxury retail preferred and valuable for success in the role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
