Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Oxon Hill, MD (National Harbor). Part-time retail role focused on luxury client service and omni-channel selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations to build lasting client relationships.
- Drive individual and store sales by cross-selling, upselling, executing personal sales plans and meeting KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms — including short-form video and live-stream shopping — to capture client data, close sales and encourage repeat business.
- Execute daily store operational tasks: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive and process shipments, replenish stock, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
- Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating footfall, manage multiple customers with high energy, and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and sustain a professional customer-facing demeanor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency operating POS systems (including Mobile POS on iPad/laptop) and basic computer skills; ability to read price/release sheets.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail, omni-channel selling and clienteling experience is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
