Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Oxon Hill, MD (National Harbor) to deliver personalized luxury client service and omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service consistent with brand standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream demos) to capture customer data and convert sales across channels.
- Perform daily store operational tasks: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and stockroom maintenance.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and support inventory cycles and asset protection procedures.
- Adapt selling techniques to high-traffic periods and manage multiple customers while maintaining high energy and professional demeanor.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; support teammates and foster a collaborative, trust-based environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
- Ability to perform physical store duties: regularly lift 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Experience
Minimum of one year in sales, preferably in luxury or fashion retail; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion or customer-service coursework preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
