Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalized styling, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by executing cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations.
  • Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture customer data, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support omnichannel fulfilment.
  • Leverage social selling and short-form video content to engage customers and drive traffic and conversions.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and monitor KPIs to align with store objectives.
  • Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, stockroom management, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain floor readiness: ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized, stocked and compliant with asset protection policies.
  • Assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
  • Participate in brand training programs, inclusion activities and company initiatives; incorporate feedback and demonstrate continuous learning.
  • Adapt selling techniques to business needs and manage multiple customers while maintaining professional composure.
  • Perform physical tasks required by retail operations (lifting, climbing, bending, kneeling) safely and consistently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to use POS systems and mobile sales devices; comfortable with basic computer tasks on iPad/laptop.
  • Demonstrated clienteling skills, social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Able to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and move throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail or brand boutique experience and familiarity with mobile POS, clienteling and social selling are preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
