Coach Sales Associate III position in Overland Park, Kansas. Part-time retail role delivering personalized luxury shopping experiences and driving sales growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations based on customer needs
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up systematically to close sales
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining high energy and adapting selling techniques to business demands
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and stockroom; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection guidelines
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates in functional areas as required to support store operations
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in fast-paced settings

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitor landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Ability to operate walkie-talkie and read price/release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
  • Physical capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom

Experience

1+ years of sales experience in a retail environment, with luxury retail background preferred. Demonstrated success in personal and team sales goals, customer acquisition, and relationship management. Experience with clienteling tools, social media engagement, and live-stream shopping or video demonstrations is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of relevant education and retail sales experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
