Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying brand styling and service standards.
- Deliver elevated, personalised client experiences through product knowledge, styling advice and relationship cultivation.
- Drive sales and client acquisition via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and stimulate repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and participate in team initiatives to maximise revenue.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap and follow POS procedures.
- Support inventory management: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish stock and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep sales floor and stockroom organised and fully stocked.
- Adapt selling techniques to changing business demands and maintain high energy while managing multiple customers.
- Participate in training programmes, brand initiatives and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate professional composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and mobile POS on devices such as iPad or laptop; basic computer proficiency.
- Familiarity with clienteling, data acquisition and social selling techniques; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Able to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend and manage stockroom activities.

At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience and proven omnichannel/clienteling performance are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
