Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice tailored to individual preferences
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap procedures, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and fully stocked; follow all retail policies, POS protocols, and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required to support store operations
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage optimal team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Maintain a calm, professional demeanor; welcome feedback and adapt behaviors accordingly
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS technology, and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop)
- Ability to read price sheets, release sheets, and operational documentation
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
1+ years of retail sales experience, with preference for luxury retail background. Experience with omni-channel selling, social media engagement, live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, and clienteling platforms is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education considered in combination with relevant sales experience.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
