Coach Sales Associate position in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Part-time retail role delivering personalized service and driving sales in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations aligned with client needs
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customer interactions, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles through receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as needed to ensure operational excellence
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, demonstrate adaptability, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
- Strong English language proficiency
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Demonstrated ability to work flexibly in fast-paced retail environments
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Experience with walkie-talkies and ability to read price and release sheets
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred. Experience with clienteling and data acquisition, social media savvy, and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations are valued assets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant work experience and education will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
