Coach Sales Associate (part‑time) in Oshkosh, Wisconsin — deliver luxury client service, omni‑channel selling and mobile POS expertise for Coach.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Use Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and support omni‑channel sales.
  • Execute daily operational tasks: process transactions, manage inventory receipt and replenishment, maintain visual merchandising and asset protection procedures.
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
  • Support inventory cycles, stockroom organization and ad hoc duties across functional areas; assist teammates as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate professional conduct.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven proficiency operating POS systems and Mobile POS (iPad/laptop); ability to read price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social‑media savvy with experience in social selling, short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks (climb, bend, kneel).

Experience

Minimum of one year in retail sales, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium brands and have demonstrated success in clienteling and meeting sales KPIs.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
