Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Part-time Sales Associate III in Oshkosh, WI — deliver elevated luxury client service and drive retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised service consistent with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships via personalised styling, product expertise, follow-up and clienteling activities to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Leverage omni‑channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (short‑form video, live‑streaming) — to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Support daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a well‑presented sales floor and organised stockroom; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures and asset‑protection standards.
- Assist teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
- Handle multiple customers with composure, adapt selling techniques to business needs and accept feedback to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency with POS operations and basic computer/mobile device use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Social media savvy with experience in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre around sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail background and demonstrated success with clienteling and omni‑channel selling are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
