Coach Sales Associate position in Orlando, Florida. Part-time luxury retail role focusing on personalized customer service, omni-channel selling, and store operations at The Mall At Millenia.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and tailored fashion advice
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and customized product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; enforce retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required to ensure seamless store operations
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage collective performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Maintain a calm, professional demeanor; welcome feedback and adapt behaviors accordingly

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, walkie-talkie operation)
  • Ability to read price sheets and release sheets accurately
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitor landscape
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
