Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations based on customer needs
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles through shipment receipt, shelf stocking, and product movement management
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required to optimize store performance
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors as needed, and maintain composure in fast-paced retail settings
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail background preferred)
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to read price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor offerings (preferred)
- Experience with clienteling, data acquisition, social media platforms, live-stream shopping, or video demonstrations (preferred)

1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape; experience with POS operation and mobile selling tools highly valued.
Education
