Coach is hiring a Sales Associate (part-time) in Orlando, FL — Florida Mall location. Client-facing retail role focused on omni‑channel selling and clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and targeted recommendations to drive repeat purchase.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling, upselling and following up to close sales.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video and live-stream demonstrations) to capture customer data and convert sales.
  • Manage daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, manage product movement and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom.
  • Adapt selling approach to fluctuating traffic; multitask on the sales floor and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems and mobile POS on iPad/laptop; comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Social media savvy with experience in social selling, live-stream shopping or video product demonstrations preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in a retail environment.

Experience
