Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Provide elevated, personalized client experiences through styling advice, product expertise, and relationship-building to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data, process transactions, and promote omni-channel engagement.
  • Support daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, receiving shipments and managing stockroom organization.
  • Process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently while adhering to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Source and follow up with new customers, maintain client records, and close sales through proactive outreach and clienteling.
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers concurrently, and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
  • Assist teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in training, brand initiatives and inclusion activities.
  • Comply with physical demands of the role (regularly lift ~25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs) and maintain a professional, calm demeanor when receiving feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personalized clienteling strategies.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer/mobile device use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays.
  • Ability to lift, climb, bend and maneuver in a retail environment; capable of lifting at least 25 lbs regularly.

Experience

At least one year of direct retail sales experience; prior luxury or fashion retail experience and familiarity with omni-channel selling and social commerce are strongly preferred.
