Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client experiences in accordance with Coach service and style standards.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, cross‑selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Employ mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans, source new customers, follow up on leads and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Perform daily store operations: transact purchases/returns/exchanges/online pickups, manage cash wrap and comply with asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles—receive shipments, process inventory, replenish stock and maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist teammates across functional areas as required to support store performance.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt behaviours to improve performance.
- Sustain a high level of energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
- Adhere to physical requirements of role, including regular lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and frequent bending, climbing and kneeling.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to build client relationships through styling, product expertise and consultative selling.
- Familiarity with POS operation and basic digital tools (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Social media savvy with experience in short‑form video or live‑stream shopping and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift and move product regularly and perform physical tasks associated with retail operations.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably within luxury or fashion retail; experience with omni‑channel selling, clienteling and social selling is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary coursework in fashion, retail or customer service is advantageous. A combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
