Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Provide personalized styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and close sales.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; proactively source new customers and follow up to convert opportunities.
- Manage floor activity and multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining high energy and professional demeanor.
- Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement between floor and stockroom.
- Maintain an organized, clean sales floor and stockroom; comply with POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; support teammates in functional areas as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with Mobile POS workflows.
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Social media savvy with experience or interest in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in a retail stockroom environment.

Experience
Minimum of 1+ years in sales; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail strongly preferred. Combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
