Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated service consistent with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Provide personalised styling, product expertise and fashion advice to build lasting client relationships and brand loyalty.
- Drive revenue through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert omni-channel opportunities.
- Source new customers, perform follow-ups and encourage repeat purchases to grow the client base.
- Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organised, stocked and compliant with asset-protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and product movement; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities while fostering a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
- Sustain a calm, professional demeanour when managing multiple customers and adapt behaviours in response to feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operation and Mobile POS; basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop) required.
- Experience using clienteling tools and social selling channels; familiarity with live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; comfortable climbing, bending and kneeling.
- Combination of education and experience will be considered.

Minimum of one year in retail sales, ideally within luxury or fashion; demonstrable experience with POS systems, clienteling and omni‑channel selling preferred.
