Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised service consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build long‑term client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Drive sales performance via cross‑selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities across channels.
  • Execute daily store operations: transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap, inventory receiving and replenishment, and basic visual merchandising.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organisation; adhere to POS procedures, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support inventory cycles and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays while maintaining a professional, calm demeanour on the floor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and comfort using mobile POS systems.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to climb, bend and kneel in a retail environment.

Experience

At least 1 year of sales experience; prior luxury or premium retail experience preferred. Experience with omni‑channel selling, clienteling and social/live video selling is an advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered. Post‑secondary coursework in fashion or retail is a plus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
