Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Omaha, NE (Village Pointe) to deliver elevated client service and drive retail sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver personalized styling and product advice to build long-term client relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Drive conversions and average transaction value through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
  • Use Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video and live demos) to capture client data and secure repeat business.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and achieve individual and store KPIs.
  • Process all transactions accurately and efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups.
  • Support inventory management: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish stock and maintain sales floor merchandising.
  • Maintain a high-energy, organized sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policy procedures.
  • Assist teammates across functional areas, participate in brand trainings and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and comfortable using Mobile POS.
  • Experience with clienteling, data capture and social/live-stream selling is preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Capable of regularly lifting 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and performing physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales KPIs and executing clienteling strategies.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
