Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals by executing personal sales plans, cross‑selling, upselling and adapting selling techniques to business needs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and livestream demos) to capture client data, convert sales and support omnichannel fulfilment.
- Carry out daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain visual and operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas, contribute to a collaborative team environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
- Remain calm and professional under pressure, welcome feedback and adapt behaviours to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable with basic computer use and walkie‑talkie communication.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills and experience capturing customer data to drive repeat visits.
- Social‑media savvy with experience in short‑form video or live‑stream selling considered a plus.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Able to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; bend, climb and manoeuvre across the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail; demonstrated ability to meet sales KPIs and to deliver personalized client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or customer‑service training preferred.
