Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line brand ambassador, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert sales across channels.
- Support daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment, and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain floor and stockroom presentation, follow asset protection procedures and execute inventory cycles.
- Adapt to multiple customers and shifting priorities while preserving a high-energy, professional service environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training, inclusion activities, and contribute constructively to team performance and culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS (iPad/laptop); comfortable with clienteling tools and basic data capture.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physically able to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform stockroom/floor duties (climb, bend, kneel).
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or omnichannel sales experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets, execute clienteling activities and leverage social selling or video demonstrations is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
