Coach (Tapestry) seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Oklahoma City (Penn Square) to deliver elevated in-store and omni‑channel luxury service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client experiences in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
  • Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
  • Operate mobile POS and in-store technology to process transactions, capture client data and support omni‑channel fulfilment (returns, exchanges, online pickups).
  • Leverage clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video/live-stream demonstrations to acquire new customers and increase conversion.
  • Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, receiving shipments and basic visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom while complying with asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven competency with POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend and kneel as required on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience is required; prior luxury or premium brand experience is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success meeting sales targets and using digital clienteling tools is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
